As-is is the low-cost grade and is not sold watertight — think patched repairs, a soft section of floor or a door seal that no longer closes cleanly — and the faults on an as-is unit are listed for you up front. Duplex and body corporate ground has marked bays and no spare metres in any direction. In both cases the practical answer is a crane truck rather than a tilt-tray. The other Gold Coast factor is sand: the flat country behind the beaches looks perfectly firm and will not necessarily hold four crane pads or a loaded truck's drive axles.
